These cakey cookies use ALL natural colours to get the bright yellow colouring. These cookies were heavily inspired by Indian spices. They get their tartness from lots of lemon juice, rind and extract. They are spiced with turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg and everything nice. They also have a great fluffy cake texture and are finished off with a rolling of powdered icing sugar.
